You would have to submit it to the Site Administrators here, and get their permission to use it...

As someone said in a thread not long ago, just because I create the Coca-Cola logo by hand myself, does not make it mine to use freely, so just because you yourself create something if it has too many similarities or the ones you have are not significant, then it could be a breach of copyright...
