You can do that with the promotions feature.

in the postbit template add where you want it.
<if condition="$bbuserinfo['usergroupid'] == "9">image here</if>

When someone donates promote them to the another usergroup.
Check the id of that usergroup and change "9" to the id it says.
The Administrator usergroupid is "6".
