I am using Google Maps as the Meeting Place Finder for the Body of Christ where apostles apoint elders to take care of Scriptural cities (e.g. church of Ephesus in churches of Asia Minor or the church of Fresno in the churches of California).

Is there an easy way to delete markers? If a user is deleted and they have a marker, how do you delete the marker also?
This is complicated, but this is what I need (making it all automated):
1) The integration I would like to see is with the questions answered when registering to the forum. To be able to put their marker on the map, they need to answer all 17 questions (see registration) with a YES in the User Profile.
2) Also, I would like a second set of 16 questions (after getting the first 17 questions correct) to be optional, but if the person answers all these with a Yes, and they say they are an apostle, then we have no reason to doubt them. They would be responsible for a region of churches like California or Montana or England or Germany, which
they get a key code for it. A region would be like Alberta, Canada or Germany or California, etc, based on a reasonable size for apostles to travel from town to town appointing these elders for cities or remote areas.
3) Then I need to link (1) with (2) so that eventually only those in (1) that could put their marker on the map as a meeting place would be if the (2) apostles first gave them approval to do so by appointing the
elders for the whole Biblical locality, and the elders who took care of that whole locality, would then appoint sub-elders in many meeting places within that locality. I would like to automate this whole process.
In order for a Biblical locality to be established and to get approval, out in the field, the apostle would tell the appointed elder(s) for that locality where to submit their locality (by coming to the forum and map) and be given a special key code. If that key code matched the key code the apostle was given
for getting the 33 questions right, then this opens up the sub-elders (whom are those in 1 above) to be able to submit their meeting places under the elder for the whole locality. It is all founded on the apostles that agree in these 33 questions.
The map is only useful for the meeting places themselves, not for keeping track of the apostles for regions and the elders for each Biblical locality, unless there could be a set of markers for one level on the map of regions, another level of markers on the map for cities and another level on the map for meeting places within cities. Each meeting place needs to link to their respective elder for their Biblical locality and apostles for their reigion.
If any of this is not clear just ask. There is essentially 3 levels:
1) regional apostles (33 questions)
2) Biblical locality elders (at least 17 questions)
3) Sub-elders for the many meeting places in the Biblical locality
