[microzott]

Hi, I have some problems with assembling products, could some one help me?
As an example, I would like to create a product that at each reload of any page executes the following query and code:
$totalhitsq = $db->query_first("SELECT SUM(views) AS total FROM " . TABLE_PREFIX . "thread AS thread "));
$totalhits = $totalhitsq ['total'];
and then I would like to display the result ($totalhits) with phrase like ?Total Thread Readers:? XXXXX in the footer template, so I could show it in any page of my forum.

It?s a real simple thing, but with this example maybe I could understand how to builds products.
This is my product, but don?t works, why?
