Does still no Formula One Hack exist?

I am searching for a Formula One hack for my board. This hack should give my Forum-members the possibility to tip, which driver/team will win the next race, and which drivers will earn points. Further on, it should be possible to include the Qualifying (which driver will be on pole position, which on second position, etc.).

When saison is over, the hack should display, which forum-member gave the best tips. If a member missed a race, or a member got later into the act, there should be a possibility of compensation.

I am poised to pay, if somebody would code such a hack for me. But I can not pay very good, because it's just hobby. Maybe $50.
