hmmm, you're asking totally different things here.

1. have a looky for the phrase forum_rules or something like that and edit it to your liking

2. Theres a rules hack around here somewhere that does that
3. as number two, I think this is a function of it.

ok that's mean, so I'll tell you what to search for and you can do it yourself instead of relying (sp?) on others all the time

Go to advanced search > type "rules" in text box > change drop down below this to "search titles only" > highlight the vB 3.5 modifications forum in the forum list > click search.

I think it's by uae but I'm not 100% sure. You'll know it when you see it though.
