Me too, because my members should be able to put there pictures or something else to the threads, but my grafix team, for the magazin, had to put up to 20 MB of pictures on screenshots for the reviews. So, for me, it's hard to give 20 MB zip to all the users or the grafix team had to split there work in many parts.

Make all attachment options usergroup based will be a great help.
