Just curious, if you can't get your users to use flashchat, why would they use vbpagerchat?

I find, that the system, as it is, is far more useful to me. Unlike an IM box, or chat box, where I'm constantly involved, this pager system lets me disappear for a bit, and return the message when I want, without really hurting anyone's feelings. That's the true beauty of it.
