No not an integration. Members now have to refresh a page to see the pager message but the vbshout has an automatic refresh in it so members can exchange messages without refreshing the forum index. There's a popup for the reciever when a message is send depending on the refreshrate of the shout which is rather high in most cases.

In the old sms and shoutbox system i had code connected to the refreshbutton so when people refreshed the shoutbox the pager/sms appeared. Now if that is possible it looks also possible with vbpager/vbshout.
