I dont mean to be funny/rude but the above directions suggests that I should upload the 'UPLOAD' folder to the "forums" directory (i.e. the root)

It didnt speak of renaming the file.

Sorry to ask for this to be spelt out :

So if i upload the "upload" folder to "forums/images/" it should work?
or do i need to rename the folder? or do i just upload "literaly" the content of the "upload " folder but not the folder and its contents - do you see what I mean?
