I've created an option to include a link to the title of your announcement, and also an option to turn on and off, a 'More...' link, which will link to the same link as the title and will appear at the end of your announcement should you want to include more.
I must now create the option to turn the link on and off, and also create the page in which you can re-direct to include the 'more' announcement

But I must dash now, so I'll release it when it's finished tommorow
