Can it be done? I mean, to transfer the database from my localhost on my computer to my forums' server?

Its just that I have been developing a forum for ages and constantly deleted and reinstalled different software versions until I found the right one for me. Now I have, and hacked it to death, I would like to know if it is possible to transfer the database from one place to the other?

EDIT: Okay, I found the file on my localhost which has all of the tables in a folder. Now what? Where do I upload all of these? Someone helllllllllllllllllllllllllp
