Now here me out before flaming me saying that theres already 2 shoutboxs for 3.5.

Neither of the two current shoutboxs fit my needs. The vBshout (AJAX) has loads of bugs in it and kills my server. The other one is too simple and theres no way of editing shouts at all. I would like someone to port this one because I think it is better than any of these shoutboxs that are out now. Any help?
