Hey everyone --

I am wondering if there is a way to permit only a certain group (in my case MODs) to send private messages.

The way that I see it currently, is that it's an all or nothing thing -- you either have to be able to send and receive PMs or you do without them.

I ask because I want the MODs to be able to PM users who are in violation of a board guideline. They ahd been doing it by email, but they said that it was becoming time consuming for whatever reason. I thought that this might be easier.

However, the MODs can now PM each other, but no other group because of the way the permissions system works.

I hope that is all clear -- and if anyone has any way to get around this, please let me know.
