You can use your licence for one installation only.

So if you have www.yoursite.com and want to start another one at www.yourphonesite.com then you will need two licences.

However, if you want it to all be on the same site (like the different versions are here) then that's only one licence.

I hope this makes sense as I'm offically knackered at the moment.
