delete the file 'wz_tooltip.js' in the root of your forums directory ..

and..

REMOVE this code at the top of your footer template:

<script language="JavaScript" type="text/javascript" src="wz_tooltip.js"></script>

then revert the forumhome_loggedinuser template..
