UPDATE:
This has been by far the most confusing hack I have tried to install. However, after some diligence and alot of trial and error, I have it working properly on my "Testing Forum", with the exception of the language issue. How do I change the language to English?

Once I get the language issue resloved, I will install it on my regular forum for my members, and I will then click "Installed".
