Default post-title instead of thread-title in lastpostby...
i'd like to see some modification to the pastpostby thingy...

as people can enter a title for their replies in threads, why not use that title when they enter one, so in the "lastpostby", we see that title if there is one, and the thread title when there is no post-title...

??

someone wants to play with this before i kick it?
