I have an issue, I think???

My popups don't look like this:

They don't have the "reply" option, but I have the permissions set correctly.. did I forget something?

EDIT:

Nevermind, I see you need to have the option "Can Use Allow Reply Option When Paging Another User" for all the groups you want to reply to.

But I am having issues with duplicates.. I think I've been sent the same "pager" four times now..
