vb.org Archive - View Single Post - SUGG: a sub-forum for people who can't download or post

We had one of these forums on vBt and I don't think we will be doing it anytime soon here at .org. Even with the forum unlicensed users still posted in chit-chat/site feedback daily.

There is already a big box with highlighted text on every page telling them how to veirfy their accounts. It also shows up in every code/php box in threads. There are only so many things we can do to point them in the right direction.
