Hmmm....

The logo needs to be redone to match the flow of the site. The white background on it makes it unprofessional. If it were centered it would be nicer, too. Some of the default images need replaced as Tony said. Sorry I didn't take a better look - I just got back from a hunting trip and was mighty tired .
