I redownload the file uploaded, but still have the same problem. " VB3.5\admincp\rpginferno_installation.php has been encoded with the ionCube PHP Encoder and requires the free ioncube_loader_win_5.0.dll ionCube PHP Loader to be installed"

I also dowload the free ioncube_loader_win_5.0.dll ionCube PHP Loader and installed too. I followed the instruction ZT have updated.

Any idea how I can fix these problem?
