Hey TSR, I had this EXACT SAME PROBLEM with ipower web starting on July 19th. They never mentioned other vbulletin customers having a similar problem.

Now it's happening again. Same thing, endless time on hold and they tell me it's a problem with a vbulletin script. Vbulletin tells me it's a server problem. I'm tearing my hair out. Sounds like I should definitely move to another host. Did you?

I see several hosts suggested in this thread. Any opinions on which is the best?
