This is EXACTLY what I have been looking for too! Right now, it's a rule at my forum that they must have 25 posts and/or be a member for at least a month before posting a link anywhere, but it would be so much easier if the board simply wouldn't let them do it, then we wouldn't have to police it and delete posts since no one seems to be able to read the rules (or they ignore them).
