As the title says...

I have a 'Platinum' usergroup and I'd like for them to be able to create their own user forum.. I've been doing this manually for other members but I'd like to make it specific to my Platinum usergroup, and having them do it themselves would be much easier.

I'd also like to limit what they can enable/disable when creating a forum, and set a specific category for the user forums to go, ie.. disable the ability to put their forum under any other category.
