The only possible way you could get your vBulletin information is from vBulletin Staff at vBulletin.com - If you cannot get it via the Support System then you need to find the printoff of your purchase that you were advised to make at the time, or find the bill from your paypal/card purchase or your bank statement if you paid by cheque...
If you don't have any of these, and as you say, they can't find you in the database, there is little that can be done...
