This feature allows you to create you own code to add other (non-vB) URLs to sitemap. It is optional, so you can just leave it empty.

You should open vBSEO Sitemap interface at

http://yourforumsroot/vbseo_sitemap/

and click "Show Sitemap Downloads Log" link. If the download entries are displayed, then sitemap is downloaded correctly.
