I'd need more details on the error:

- If you mean "Yahoo timeouts", you'll probably need to try it several times until it is submitted successfully
- If Yahoo reports they're unable to download the sitemap because of a "Forbidden error", you should check the rewrite rules in .htaccess and try accesing the sitemap file using the browser to check if it works correctly.

Btw, I just submitted your Yahoo sitemap (http://www.80sxchange.com/forums/sitemap.txt.gz) without errors.
