i think this is in the right forum but im sorry if its not, i want to make a protected members directory on my site and have it pop-up a log in thing before anyone can view/download files inside but i want it to use the same database as my vBulletin forums, so my existing community members have access and any future members only have to register once to gain access to the forums and the members directory of my site.

does anyone know of a script or how to do this or if its even possible..
