You'll have to ad new phrases from the admincp, that's the first thing listed in the txt file.
They even included instructions in english for phrases.

Almost all of the time, positive reputation is for saying "hey, that post was interessing"
Bad reputation, you don't always know.. It could be "I don't like this guy", for example
