Hey there... Basically all i want to do is move the current users online code in whats going on box

to the top and place just over the main forums... Ive attempted taking many bits of code... from the - whats going on box - But its all the wrong im either adding too much/missing stuff... Hoping someone gets what i want to achieve and can help me on what code i need to take..
