Does anyone else care to add to this?

I know I have made some changes to the templates in the themes and after upgrading from 3.5.1 to 3.5.2 the hack no longer worked.

It was the registration hack that fireblades uses and the default check box in remember me, both of these hacks no longer worked after upgrading.

If I can learn which hacks are affected then I will know which ones should be avoided to make upgrading easier on me.
