No sir...that didn't work. I even unistalled both of them, then reinstalled in the order you suggested...WIC comes in above WVT.

In the previous version prior to 3.5, the latest install took priority, doesn't seem to be the case anymore. Any other suggestions? I know this isn't a bug, but it is more about me being anal about cosmetics and organization. I have that mentality as I do it all day long.
