Alright, since that was the answer, does anyone think it would be possible to assign a usergroup the ablity to make threads stickies on a selected forum basis?

I would imagine this would be a plugin. So if someone can figure that out, I'm requesting it.

I created a usergroup that people get assigned to during registration and only that group can post to my two events forums.

I'd like to give them the power to make threads stickies.
