Due to the fixed width and me using a portal, I couldn't get it to look right on the site. However, the graphics were outstanding so I used them to temporarily decorate my primary style (just replacing buttons and icons). I also added the snow effect and it's looking pretty good IMO.

However, I did edit the the forum_new.gif and turned it into an animation. I've attached the file for easy download (if someone wants to use it instead of the default forum_new.gif.
