<font size="2">Caffeine is by no means healthy but sugar and caffeine together is much worse. Drinking whole soda like regular Coke and Pepsi is very bad for you. More so if you drink it daily, or you're over 30. Soda contributes to many ailments including obesity, high blood pressure, joint and muscle pain, headaches, nervousness and dizziness.
Typical withdrawal symptoms associated with caffeine consumption are headache, fatigue and muscle pain. If you're addicted to coffee or soda, you can get relief. Begin by reducing the consumption by 5% each day for three weeks. Replace your drinking habits with water and sugar-free juice. Exercise and healthy eating will also help. Do nothing, and when you're 40, you'll be overweight with high-blood pressure.
