Are you saying that & is not correct for yahoo txt, but ok in the xml?

While google xml sitemap protocol requires to urlencode the parameters, the text sitemap has no this requirement.

about the url is not at sitemap path??

This error will disappear after you'll submit the correct sitemap URLs to Google (yourforumsroot/sitemap_X.xml.gz)
