..for selected usergroups only.

Can someone make this happen?
It's annoying that we have to hide it to all usergroups just to prevent some usergroups to use that field.

Like: we don't want registered users to see the "upload avartar from computer" on their "edit avartar" page.
Though we want ourselves (the Admins and MODs) to be able to view it.
