First... I'm having a problem with my smilies... The regular vBulletin ones seem to work ok but none of my imported ones do... No idea why.. They worked fine on my phpBB setup...

Next... I know I saw a setting some where to allow or disallow animated sutff.. images and or smilies.. but I can't remember where it is... anyone who can help?

Now the BIGGIE ehhee..

I'm trying to put two banners below my header. I've added the code that I THINK should work and in what I THINK is the proper location.... but they just don't show up....
I've attached my header template code here in case someone can check it out and let me know if or what I did wrong.
