Con: Unknown security risk with games beening downloaded from somewhere and straight into your server? One bad scripting can ruin your day.

Con: No uninstall feature again? Never learn to make one yet? It was a problem with the first version.

Con: Instructions? well maybe needs more time spent on it.

ibProArcade
Con: More addons. I known it just came out.

Con: No superdatabase for highscores like freeonlinegames Dot com. Just kidding.
