daklay, those are called the text editor control styles. You can make whatever changes you need from the Admin Control Panel for the style you're creating/editing.

Admin CP >> Style Manager >> (Find the style you're working with - make sure the selector is set to "All Style Options" - and click Go) >> Then scroll down all the way to the bottom.

The text editor settings are found after Additional CSS Definitions and before Toolbar Menu Options section.
