Easy way is, in your Favorite FTP program (I use Smartftp) right click on the folder, and then you will see the option for Properties/CHMOD

Just type in the box where it prolly says 755

0777

Easy as that

On and make sure the folder your clicking is in the right hand side if using smartftp, or it won't work
