vb.org Archive - View Single Post - Permission denied template? Or is it hardcoded?

I can't seem to find the template for the page you get when you click on a forum you do not have permission to view. Also is there a way to make a custom permission denied page per script?

For example I want to make a custom one for the arcade so that it does not just give you the default permission denied but it tells you why you can not play the games.
