Default Warning Page
Hi,
I'm interested in a hack that allows a moderator to send a warning from wherever, and it will display it to the user, and the user has to click okay to go back to the forum home. Sort of like how if you have install/install.php uploaded you can't access the admincp. Or, somewhat like that.
