How is it possible to add an option under thread tools/admin tools section to select an option to move a thread to a new forum.

For example, the admin tools section under thread tools would look like.
Close Thread
Move / Copy Thread
Edit Thread
etc..
Move to Forum1
Move to Forum2
etc..
