@Zzed - Feel free to use this for a 3.5 release - I began to work on getting the navbits to display the parsed text as well, but there is still the thread-title aspect of the postbit to consider and of course the lastposter info from forumdisplay and in a user's profile

Edit: I noticed my attempt to get the navbits to parse has destroyed the structure of the navigation tree - That will need some additional work

I've also posted some screenshots - You can parse smilies and basic BBCode functions within your sticky titles:

Beware: If you allow user's to post stickies you may risk causing layout damage to your board if they are over-enthusiastic with their BBCodes...
