I have a png pop up script that i would like to use to pop up a message on my forum but i dont know where to put it.Does anyone know where i would put this.

Code:

<script language- "javascript" src-"/popwin5/popwin.js"></script>

This calls a javascript that pops up a PNG image with a message on it.But ive tried placing it in my header etc and i get nothing...
Any ideas.
