Because it can be easily exploited, I removed the specific line abstracting the problem. I will generally say that you need to protect all access to vBulletin which includes the admin CP, MySQL, FTP, and all the files under your account.

Your host can help with securing MySQL and FTP for you; you can just ask them to restrict access to it for anybody other than you if you don't know what to do yourself.
