Is there a feature available that will allow admin/moderator to apend to an existing post and make it the first? I'll try to explain it a little more.

member "A" created a thread about a particuliar car (let's use Lexus SC400 as an example). After a week, there are over 50 replies. How can a moderator/admin add manufacturer spec as the first post of the first page? That way, if good information need to be added, it won't get lost with all the other posts. Doesn't have to be a car, but I hope the explanation makes a little sense.

automatically create a hidden first post when a member create a new thread? modify date of existing thread?
