Correct Andreas - A system of "Install/Uninstall" hack, notification of who has installed, the install count and the ability to send updates

My main development work is unavailable for at least the next few days as my server is offline; I sadly managed to delete almost all my work offline (that's windows for you ) but I hope to be able to release it if there is call for it within the next week
